2. Products, Pricing & Made-to-Order
Our products are made to order and may vary slightly from the images shown. Natural materials such as wood, marble, travertine and leather vary in colour, texture and veining; this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Prices and availability may change without notice. Made-to-order items begin production on payment confirmation and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

3. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfil. Where we cancel an order you have paid for and production has not yet begun, we will refund it in full.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, images, text and branding — is owned by Antarria and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antarria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai.
