As all our products are made to order, we do not offer cancellations, exchange or refund on orders. However, if a product is delivered defective or damaged, we will provide immediate resolutions on a case-by-case basis in a timely manner.
Every order leaving our warehouse undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure safe delivery. All items must be inspected upon receipt and signed off. If immediate inspection is not possible, it must be completed within 24 hours of delivery.
If you suspect a product is defective or damaged during shipping, please take clear photographs and send them to us within 24 hours at customercare@antarria.com. We will promptly work to resolve the issue.
We kindly request your understanding that any concerns raised after the 24-hour inspection period cannot be addressed, as timely reporting is essential for us to provide the best support.
Please be aware that natural materials such as wood, travertine, and marble may vary in color, texture, and veining. These natural variations and minor imperfections are not defects. Additionally, as foreign wood adapts to our climate, it may undergo size changes or develop small cracks, which reflect its organic nature and are not considered defects.
