Delivery Charges 

Free delivery for customers within Dubai.
For deliveries to Emirates outside of Dubai, a small delivery fee will be charged as outlined below:

• Sharjah -  300
• Um Al Quwain -500
• Ras Al Khaimah - 500
• Abu Dhabi - 500
• Al Ain - 500
• Fujairah - 500

Delivery

After your order is placed and confirmed, our team will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Deliveries are available in either morning or afternoon time slots. Please note that someone must be present to receive and sign-off for your delivery.

Customer Responsibility (IMPORTANT)*

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchased items can fit through service elevators, doorways, stairways, and any other access points at the delivery location. If you have any concerns about measurements or fitting, please contact us before making your purchase to avoid potential delivery or damage issues.
